i imagine technetius to be pluto's first project, before the evil arc. unfortunately he came out stinky and radioactive, which lead (pun intended) to a downwards spiral, attempting to create friends for himself but never quite succeeding. later, he met urano. he did not know how to synthesize, but just like pluto, he lacked friends, leading them to become one of the only ships in this fandom. they're both failures, but they're failures together, and thats sweet. technetius also desires this, and they may later gain a friend in the form of promet, the only other out-of-place radioactive element.
